Counseling Solutions services are provided by John Eckenwiler, who is a clinical member and an approved supervisor with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, AAMFT. Understanding your past and present family system will help you better understand how to tap into your inner personal strengths and discover new solutions. His approach is to fully understand who you are and help you identify new strategies that will truly work for you. Therapy is very goal-oriented and solution-focused. Services include:

John's specialties are individual counseling for a variety of issues, including stress management, mood disorders such as help for depression and help for anxiety and anger. He is also experienced with couples and marriage counseling, divorce prevention, getting through the divorce process and adjusting to life after divorce, parenting issues and family therapy. John also works with adolescents, having worked on the adolescent unit of a psychiatric hospital.

A marriage and family counselor has specific training to provide a more comprehensive understanding of you as an individual, improve communication, build stronger relationships and find solutions to the many issues facing individuals, couples and families today.
